Moovers was easily the most helpful, most enjoyable moving experience EVER. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the customer service was second to none, either. The company representative I dealt with (Anthony) was patient with my incessant phone calls/questions and the head mover/driver (Patrick) went well above his duties to deliver my furniture around my schedule and on a specific day.

My fiance and I recently moved from our one-bedroom apartment in NYC to San Francisco and while one would naturally be nervous leaving tens of thousands of dollars worth of furniture and heirlooms in the possession of a pure stranger, in hindsight, we didn't need to worry about a thing. Patrick took great care of our belongings, treating them with care and getting them to their destination with no broken glasses or scratches/scuffs. All the while, we had Patrick's cell phone number and intermittently heard from him as he trekked across the country.

While their price wasn't the cheapest, they were competitive with other national brands (i.e. Atlas) and at the end of the day, they have the best reviews on movingscam.com and yelp and now we know why. We would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. I've never felt the urge to write a review on anything before, but with such a stressful event where many things can go wrong, Moovers more than met my expectations and kicked in some great customer service to boot.
